WORLD HOOP DAY 2011
World Hoop Day is a global event taking place every year until the 12th December
2012!
On that date we hope to encourage the entire population of our fragile planet to pick up a hoop and flow together in harmony. This year's event will be on 11th November.
This early in the year, we don't know what is likely to be arranged, but please put 11-11-11 in your diary as a hoop event and keep checking to see what is being organised. It is sure to be fun!
The hoop community is growing rapidly and Hoopswhirled is proud to be a part of such an eclectic, vibrant and powerful movement towards health, happiness and joy.
World Hoop Day is a global hoop happening: All around the world hoop ambassadors distributed hoops to as many people as possible with the shared goal of educating and encouraging children everywhere to adopt an active and healthy lifestyle by providing quality hula hoops and instruction.
World Hoop Day aims to reach out to children of diverse backgrounds and cultures who may be living in poverty, offering opportunities for experimentation and play and a safe arena where they can share ideas and use their imagination.
