HOOP CLASSES
Play - dance - sweat - smile!
Hooping has grown up and evolved into a dance form with benefits for the mind
and body.
Classes are taught by Diana Defries, who has been teaching hooping since February
2007.
Please
information.
The best way to find out about hooping is to pick up a hoop and experience it
for yourself!
Hoopgirl workout classes are at various locations - see below for classes in
Muswell Hill (north London) and
Redbridge
(east London).
New courses and classes will be posted here as they are confirmed.
If you can't get to a class but still want to learn, perhaps we could arrange
some one-to-one tuition (maximum two students per session). Private classes,
workshops and intensive learning experiences for larger groups can be organised
at a location to suit you. Please
email
me to discuss your requirements.
