| THE
HOOPDANCE EXPERIENCE is a two hour hoop intensive, where you
learn the basics of hooping as you playfully re-connect with your inner
child. Hoopswhirled is working
with Inner Spin's Sharna
Rose to make this a fun experience of hoopdance, allowing you to discover
for yourself why hooping is such an amazing activity. The next Hoopdance Experience Workshop will be announced very soon- please check the Hoopdance Experience website for further details on our workshops. If you want to explore hooping from a slightly different perspective, come to our HOOP SENSATION WORKSHOP. Suitable for hoopers who are comfortable keeping a hoop spinning on the waist, hips and hands. Chest and leg hooping is useful but not essential to enjoy this alternative hoop experience!
